Rates

Rates are a minimum charge of $325.00 per night, plus tax, for up to 6 guests.
Additional per night charge of $25, plus tax, will be charged for each add. guest.
The lodging tax rate is 7%.
A deposit of 50% of total charges is required to make a reservation.
Cancellations will for forfeit 50% of deposit and 100% if within the 30 day period
Check in time is 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and check out time is 10:00 AM.
Weekly Rate of $1925.00 for up to 6 guests. Each additional guest $175/week.
There is $100.00 cleaning fee on all stays
